Join the Brighter Minds Therapy Team!
Build Your Career. Grow as a Clinician. Do Meaningful Work.
At Brighter Minds Therapy, we believe great therapy starts with clinicians who feel supported, challenged, and excited about the work they do.
We are a growing therapy practice committed to providing thoughtful, compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. We value clinical excellence, authenticity, curiosity, collaboration, and continued growth—and we want to build a team of clinicians who share those values.
We aren't interested in simply filling caseloads. We want to create a team of talented clinicians who are invested in their work, excited to develop their skills, and interested in growing with our practice over the long term.
If you're looking for a place where you can become an excellent therapist while still having autonomy, flexibility, and support, we'd love to hear from you.
Why Work With Brighter Minds Therapy?
Focus on being a therapist.
We want our clinicians spending their energy on providing excellent clinical care—not worrying about running a private practice. We provide the systems and infrastructure necessary to support your clinical work, including client referrals, billing, electronic health records, telehealth systems, and administrative support.
Grow your clinical skills.
We value clinicians who never want to stop learning. Our practice encourages continued professional development, consultation, specialization, and development of advanced clinical skills.
Build a career, not just a caseload.
We're especially interested in clinicians who want to find a professional home where they can grow. For pre-licensed clinicians, our hope is that Brighter Minds Therapy can be a place where you develop your identity as a therapist, work toward independent licensure, develop specialty areas, and continue your career after becoming independently licensed.
Have flexibility and autonomy.
Our clinicians work virtually and have flexibility in creating their schedules within practice and client-care requirements. We believe clinicians can be given autonomy while still maintaining high standards for reliability, professionalism, and quality of care.
Be part of a smaller practice.
We're intentionally building a practice where clinicians are people—not numbers on a productivity report. As we grow, we want to maintain a collaborative environment where team members know one another, have opportunities to contribute ideas, and play a role in shaping the future of the practice.

Our Clinical Approach
Our practice is especially passionate about helping clients understand not only what they are experiencing, but why.
Our work may incorporate evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, DBT, ACT, somatic interventions, mindfulness, and Polyvagal-informed approaches to treatment.
